PRIVACY POLICY
All customer information is strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, rent or otherwise make available any personal data submitted by visitors to our site to any third parties. Any personal information that you send to us is strictly confidential. This information is understood to be your name, address, telephone/fax number, credit card number, and e-mail address. We use your information for such purposes as: sending you order status messages or other correspondence, sending you e-mail or notification, delivering your goods.
PURCHASING POLICIES
a.) Retail Purchases: There is no minimum order amount for retail sales. Specials, discounts, saving offers are available upon announcement.
b.) Purchases by Beauty Professionals/Salons: Quantity discounts are set per item individually. Online catalog browsing/ordering is avaiable upon registration approval.
c.) Resale/Wholesale Purchases: Registration is required. Tax on resale/wholesale purchases will be waived only if the valid Your-State-of-Business Sales Tax ID is provided. Purchasing prices vary depending on the order volume. Minimum order amount is specified upon registration approval. Online catalog browsing/ordering is available upon completion of the required registration.
DROP-SHIPPING
We drop-ship upon request for qualified resellers/distributors.
LIMITATION OF USE POLICY
ULI Beauty Products are Professional Beauty Salon Products. Some retail items are available for purchase on the condition that they will be used only by qualified beauty professionals. These items are marked throughout the website with the sign For Professional Use Only. By submitting your order you agree to comply with this policy.
SHIPPING POLICIES
We make every effort to ship your order out to you as quickly as possible. We provide fast, effecient shipping. If for any reason we can not send out your order we will notify you. In the U.S. and Canada all orders are shipped ground through DHL,UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shiping charges are set by these companies, but generally run upwards of 18% of the total order price. Additional charges will apply for expedited deliveries.
International Customers: By submitting your order, you agree to pay your country's duties and tariffs upon arrival of your package. Also additional shipping charges may need to be added to your order to send your package to you. We will adjust the shipping charges after your order has been sent. We try to save you as much cost as possible. These charges will be added in addition to the shipping and handling costs. Be sure you are aware of your country's policies as cancellation of your order upon arrival will make you liable for shipping charges both ways.
RETURN POLICY
We offer you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE. The original shipping and handling charges will be credited back to you if WE have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defective in some way. All such return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. We cannot accept returns of Hair Color Products, or any Hair Care or Hair Processing/Styling Products. Shipping costs for such items will not be refunded.
